Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaching Programme offers a bespoke leadership development process, where you choose to partner with one of our highly skilled coaches on a one-on-one basis for six coaching sessions. Prior to your first coaching session, you will have an initial ‘chemistry’ meeting where you and your coach can check your compatibility before moving forward. Your first coaching session will be used to clarify your agenda, establish ways of working, and mutually agree on goals to be achieved by the end of your six sessions. All our coaches have operated in executive positions and are highly experienced in leadership coaching.
